Digital Media -- DVD "Memory Disks"  

Most of the photographic record of our lives was not taken with state of the art equipment by talented photographers.  For most of us, our lives (and those of our loved ones) have been captured in a ragtag collection of images ranging from old Polaroid’s, to "Instamatic" snap shots.  Technology allows me to digitize and enhance these images.  I can then encode them on a DVD that will play on any standard DVD player.  The images are presented with artful transition as a slide show complete with a soundtrack.  These "Memory DVD's," as I call them, are a beautiful way to re-live a particular event or as a wonderfully emotional tribute to someone at a momentous juncture in their life.  It has been my pleasure to make Memory DVD's for people celebrating milestone wedding anniversaries, birthdays, etc.  I cannot think of any better way to remember the life of someone who has left us forever.

 

Memento CD's

Most of us feel our lives have a soundtrack made up of the songs we liked or were popular when we were growing up, or when we were "courting" our spouses.  An increasing number of couples have asked me to compile "the soundtrack of their lives" on a CD to give to their wedding guests as a memento.  It is a terrific idea, and in addition to the music, I custom design a cover usually featuring a photo of the couple.  These gifts have proved very popular.
